Membership Information


 

Want to get involved?  The foundation is seeking members to assist with fundraisers, community events, burn outreach and survivor support programs. Please complete the membership application and submit it with your bi-annual dues of $25. Upon receipt of your application and bi-annual membership dues of $25 you will receive a membership card, decal, and lapel pin.  Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.  You will also be added to the email list and electronic newsletter.  Members will be invited to attend bi annual membership meetings.
